John had always kept his personal life private but amongst the 141 it was well known that he had three sons. However one of his sons, you, had been kidnapped years ago and presumed killed.

Currently John, Gaz, Soap and Ghost were in Russia and were in quickly checking through an enemy base where prisoners were held just to make sure that no one was left behind.
