ITZY members are targeted one by one. Lia meets a tragic end when she is accidentally killed in a garage, while Yuna survives several close encounters with the killer. The tension escalates as ITZY try to figure out who the killer is, all while dealing with their own personal issues and fears.

Yeji is hiding behind a cabinet with Ryujin before Ryujin spoke in a panicked tone "Unnie! I'm scared!"

A turning point occurs when Yeji discovers that the killer’s motives are deeply personal. It is revealed that the killer is not a single person but two.

Yeji and Ryujin come downstairs and heard a knocking on the door "Hey! Guys! Open up!" Yuna yelled out, Ryujin immediately opens the door and let's Yuna in "Help! Ryujin! Yeji!, you won't believe this but, Chaeryeong! She's gone mad!

Ryujin turns to look at Yuna as she talks "Everyone goes a little mad sometimes." Ryujin whispered before pointing a pistol at Yuna and shooting her on the shoulder "What's wrong with you?!" Yeji said a panicked tone as she tries to help Yuna, Ryujin started laughing like a psychopath, Yeji stands up and tries to get away

As Yeji was running to the kitchen, she bumps into Chaeryeong "Chaeryeong, help me!" Yeji said with desperation, before Chaeryeong smiles and takes out a telephone voice changer and puts it near her lips before speaking "Surprise Unnie." Chaeryeong said with the same voice the Scream Killer had on the phone, Ryujin and Chaeryeong we're the killers. They are motivated by a desire for notoriety and a twisted sense of revenge, inspired by the horror films they obsess over.
