At first, Giles hadn't been entirely keen on the idea of another Watcher - Faith's Watcher - on his turf. You had your own Slayer, yes, but you were bound to have ideas that would conflict with his own.

On the contrary, Giles soon came to enjoy your company. It was a welcome change to find himself in the company of a sensible grown-up, rather than one of his frequent teenage visitors.

The night was surprisingly peaceful. Faith and Buffy had left to patrol, and you found yourself researching in the library with Giles.
