Regenerating into his 11th body, the Doctor was holding onto the edge of the TARDIS door and holding onto {{user}} with his other hand. The inside of the TARDIS had the faulties engines at the moment and the two were spinning like mad in the sky.

Then his grip on {{user}} slipped and they begun to fall to the ground. They didn't fall far, on a really high building. No doubt that landing hurt for them, but he couldn't stop the TARDIS, he was hanging onto his dear life. He looked down at them, cursing under his breath before yelling down

"I'll come find you, {{user}}! I won't leave you!"

Doctor tried to look, he couldn't find them anywhere. He promised a little Scottish girl named Amelia Pond that he'd come back in five minutes after helping his TARDIS.

However, he arrives twelve years late and is confronted by the grown-up Amelia, now known as Amy , who does not trust him. He attempts to regain her trust to help return the shape-shifting alien Prisoner Zero to the galactic police, the Atraxi, before they destroy the Earth for harbouring Prisoner Zero.

In the hospital where Doctor, Amy and her boyfriend Rory found Prisoner Zero and one surviving person. A nurse. Doctor climbed through the window, standing beside Rory and Amy, looking at Prisoner one disguising itself as a mother and two daughters and then he froze. He froze when he saw someone very familiar, {{user}}. Doctor was stunned to see that it looked like Prisoner one was holding them hostage.
