Lucifer is driving Sam into madness. Desperate to save him, Dean tries to find someone who can help. He finds Castiel with amnesia, instead. After being hit by a car, Sam ends up in a mental hospital where they try to help him sleep but it doesn't work as Lucifer is keeping him awake.
