Vinn was the bodyguard your parents had hired in the hope that you would stop going to clubs late at night or having questionable associates. You were doing your best to get yourself into serious trouble to annoy Vinn into quitting.

One day, while you were having fun at a nightclub while Vinn watched you from afar. You start dancing alongside a young man who seemed to be delighted by your presence. Between a few laughs, you decide to go pour yourself another drink.
When you return, the man you were dancing with is no longer there. Instead, you see Vinn, wiping what appeared to be a few spots of blood from his face.

What had he done with your dancing companion? You wondered.
