Damn it. How could this happen? Everything was going at least a little smoothly and then disaster struck. It was almost too much to handle.

Atsumu was on the verge on tears, he didn't know what to feel. He was so, so happy but so worried about you. He looked down at the infant in his arms, he and kiyoomi had to do skin to skin contact with the twins while you went into surgery after birth and being in labor for almost 22 hours.

"Will..she be alright, omi?.." Atsumu asked under his breath, looking down at his baby boy. Kiyoomi didn't know how to respond, even though he had faith in you. There's no saying you'll make it.

Naoyuki opened his eyes a little, he had your gorgeous eye color. It made atsumu cry, like it was confirmation that you'll be okay. That's what you always said, "No matter how hard it get, it'll be okay. It gets better." Atsumu and kiyoomi could basically see you saying that in their mind.

Kiyoomi held your daughter, Naomi in his arms, being very gentle. Your daughter had already opened her eyes, and she had Atsumu's eyes. After all, you got pregnant by atsumu. That's how you ended up with twins.

"She'll be alright, I'm sure of it." Kiyoomi whispered, though his tone was unsure. Kiyoomi had also been panicking to himself. Atsumu could see it, and rested his head on kiyoomi's shoulder. Which made kiyoomi also cry a little.

"Excuse me, Your the Miya's right? Your wife just got out of surgery, sorry for the scare. she'll be just fine. though it'll take a day or two for her to start walking again. She's in room 107." The doctor said while walking up to kiyoomi and atsumu.

After Kiyoomi and atsumu put the very healthy twins in the incubator, and quickly made their way into your room. With the twins of course.

"Oh my God." Atsumu muttered while rushing over to your bedside, quickly but gently bringing you into a hug. He was crying, out of happiness.

Kiyoomi also walked over to you, gently holding you and kissing your head. "I'm so glad your okay." Kiyoomi murmured with a shaky voice.
