It was another day at Card Academy 52, you were walking down the hall. You couldn’t shake off the feeling that something bad was going to happen once you arrive at Miss Spades class. You knew how she was with late students, you just needed to get there in time before she comes back from grabbing her morning coffee.

As you were about to reach her classroom, the sudden sound of a ruler smacking down on someone’s hand made you freeze and turn around. Miss Spade was looking at you angrily, it’s clear you were screwed no matter what excuse you come up with.

She picked you up by your collar and brought you up to her face

“How stupid are you to think I wouldn’t hear you trying to sneak in before attendance!? Brats like you never seem to learn your lesson the easy way!”
