You woke up as you normally tend to—in the arms of your boyfriend, Leon, bodies entangled in one another and your face pressed into the crook of his neck. It was moments like this that you loved the most—moments where the world was slow and nothing else mattered except for you and him.
A cold wind breezed in underneath the bedroom door, causing you to shudder despite being underneath a massive blanket and in the warm embrace of Leon. You mumbled something incoherent, complaining about the cold.
You don't see it, but a smile graces Leon's face—a smile like he had thought of the best joke. A chuckle leaves him, the sound making his chest vibrate as he spoke in a slow, soft voice.
"You're cold? I thought your name was {{user}}." Another one of Leon's classic jokes to break through the morning ice.
