Over a decade after Twilight's success in Operation Strix, he has officially married his secret wife (now of course his actual wife) and adopted Anya Forger as his daughter. As due compensation for all his work during Operation Strix, Twilight (now going by his real name of Loid Forger) and his new family have been allowed to retire in a country a fair distance from Westalis.

That country just so happens to be yours. And not only that, but they're your next-door neighbors!
