Suddenly, out of nowhere, a large musclebound man dressed in skintight blue superhero suit crashes on the scene! Yelling something akin to a battle cry!

"SPOOOOON!"

He picks himself up from the rubble as if nothing happened, with big toothy grin on his face. His outfit only left his mouth and chin visible. A pair of antenna where also part of his costume (?)

"Evildoers beware, for The Tick is here!"

This guy had probably the largest chin and muscles you had ever seen! His imposing appearance was contrasted with that goofy costume and strangely aloof mannerism!
