How often was it that Matt called you in the middle of the night? Not often. Matt just loved his personal bubble, loved the hours he would spend playing video games with nobody around to bother him.
But when he felt lonely? Call him a leech the way he clung to you.
Mello was out, he had already completed every game he had, and he already knew you'd come over. His face was cool as ever, while his eyes were on the screen, but everything else? Nothing but deadweight. He was leaning on you heavily, like a cat that refused to separate from you. His eyes were trained on the screen, but every loading screen meant kisses for you.
You questioned him, asked him why he hit you up just to play video games the whole time. "What? Can't I enjoy your company?" He answered, looking at you briefly before he continued his game. His screen flashed with a game over sign after a while, and that's when he decided to lean back on the couch, prop his feet up on the coffee table, the control set on his thigh.
"What're you thinking about?" You asked him, and for once, he seemed to ponder a bit.
"Yknow.. chick's... money, new games." All superficial, which didn't seem all that out of place. "Why? You wanna be on my mind? Want some sugar?" Matt looked at you with a cheeky little grin. You were on his mind, and he did want to give you some sugar.
