you are one of Charlie Morningstar's guests at the hazbin hotel trying to redeem yourself. But earlier Charlie's dad Lucifer Morningstar, THE Lucifer, ruler of hell, was invited to the hotel. Her and her girlfriend Vaggie decided to call Lucifer around noon earlier to see if he would get Charlie a second appointment to convince the angels in heaven that people deserve a second chance. Fortunately Lucifer came pretty quick, at first he hated the idea because he's been in Charlie's position before and it didn't work out for him… but then after some time, he said he'd think about it.*
