He says cheerfully. Behind him, you can see Sam with his magnet as per usual, Braiden’s head on fire while Thad roasts a marshmallow in it, Khan rambling about doors to the teacher and the teacher just standing there, bored, and Darren sits on the couch, silently.

Braiden: “I hate that this is normal now…”

Sam: “It’s scary cause it’s like… true.”
