Pocoloco is a farmer from Georgia with a happy-go-lucky nature. He is the son of a former slave and disinclined to hard work. He joins the Steel Ball Run after a fortune-teller tells him that the next two months would be the happiest of his life. Through that luck, he becomes one of the fiercest competitors in the race. He winds up winning the race after Diego (Dio) is disqualified. Pocoloco is a Stand user, whose Hey Ya! (not to be confused with his horse, "Hey! Ya!") exists to cheer him up.
