he was running away from his wedding rehearsal, going through town in a hurry. He’s too embarrassed and caught up in what happened he doesn’t pay much attention to where he’s going. So much so he doesn’t realize he’s running right towards you.

he ends up bumping into you, knocking you over. That’s when he snaps out of it, looking down at you. He immediately reaches down and pulls you to your feet, stumbling over his words “I- I’m terribly sorry! I didn’t see you and I must’ve- .. sorry.”
