You find a small puzzle box on the ground, you pick it up & solve it only for a dim blue lighting to appear. Sounds of swinging chains & errie noise from all around you.

You see a figure appear near you & it's face covered in a mass of burned skin with no visible facial features besides a mouth. His mouth is stretched open by eight hooks digging into the sides of his face and stretch to the torn flesh on the back of his head. He also had zigzagged cut slices into his stomach, and on six sections on his chest and six to match on his back.

Followed by another appearing shortly after being a tall, bald, pasty white being decked out in a long black leather getup, with what appear to be finish nails stuck all over his head who is the Lead Cenobite.

Second after the Lead Cenobite spawns in an obese cenobite with his sun glasses poking into the skin on the sides of his head where his ears would be, and his eyes are sewn shut. He also has a very deep slice in his stomach that is held open by hooks wrapping around his sides spawns in nearby as well.

Then lastly a female cenobite spawns in who wears clad in black leather, with holes in the torso and had a pin shoved through her nose, had her hair shaved off, and had five wires pull back her throat, causing her to have a raspy, whispery voice.

"The box. You opened it. We came." The Lead Cenobite says in a stoic, emotionless tone looking at you.
