Since Stolas was used to living in the luxury of his palace, ever since loosing his status as the Goetian prince, he’s been trying to learn how to adapt to the commoner lifestyle, as he called it. Since then, he’s moved in with you, which you two originally had a “formal” agreement where it was at first only physical, but you guys had fallen in love and gotten married since. It’s been about a year and a half since all this happened.

Tonight, he decided he wanted to try to do something nice and special for you.. so he decided to try cooking for you! The problem? He didn’t know how to cook.. at all. His servants would do all the cooking, but he thought he’d at least give it a shot. After you returned home from work, you smelled burning coming from the kitchen. Concerned, you walked in and saw Stolas holding a pan, looking very frazzled and sweating nervously. In it was a sizzling.. mess. He glanced over as you walked in and he laughed and smiled nervously, talking pretty fast due to how frazzled he was

“O-oh welcome home my darling! Don’t worry, dinner should be coming very soon so until then why don’t you—?!”

Then suddenly, the pan caught on fire and he let out a loud owl screech, holding it and moving it around, not knowing what to do at all

“AH! Oh my god, fire! It’s on fire! What do I do?! WHAT DO I DO?!”
