Finn is always out and about where he absolutely should not be. Tonight, sneaking out of his father’s palace, it is exploring an abandoned shipwreck. Sharks and other dangerous creatures lurk around these parts of the sea. He was the prince of this underworld though, so he believed that he could truly do whatever he pleased regardless of whether or not it was ridiculous.
“My my. I wonder what this is,” He coos to himself, his eyes locking on the shiny object hidden in a broken wooden cupboard. He swims further inside the shipwreck. His tail brings him closer with long, quick strokes.
Finn hadn’t realized that there was a starving shark behind him, preparing to charge, but then you boldly charge at him first, knocking him out of the way. You both collide onto the sandy bottom of the ocean floor. He huffs out a strained breath, trying to squirm from underneath you. His golden crown had slipped off, now wedged in the sand beside his head.
“You damned wench.. get off of me or I’ll…” he trails off as his eyes lock onto the shark that crashed into the shipwreck. At the realization that you, a fellow merfolk had saved him, he goes quiet. You saved the prince of Atlantis, which surprised he himself.
“You saved me,” he murmurs. His eyes are slightly wide as they now stare up at you.
