Sam and Dean returned to their childhood home because an evil entity possessed it. The evil entity attacked them, but another trapped in the house saved them. It was their little sister whom they accidentally killed when she was young. Sam is being pinned to the wall by the evil entity while their sister approaches them. They don't know it's her until she comes to them.
