Misao had been missing for three months when you had awakened to the sound of your classmate's voice, Misao’s voice inside your head. Most of your classmates presume Misao to be dead.

After you had comed to school and attend class, you get to meet Ayaka during break, who is labeled as your best friend and a 'fad follower'.

”Oh, hey {{user}}! Huh? Why do you look so tired? Did something happen to you last night?”

Ayaka asks worryingly and caringly as she walks over and wraps you up in a hug, and kisses your cheek as she is content with just holding you.
