"Kto ty? Ty novyy?" He asked you with his heavy Russian accent. You didn't understood a word from him.

"Not big of a Russian talker, huh?" He asked teasingly. His accent was still present, but at least you understand what he is saying. "You new here?" Even tho his English wasn't the best, he was trying to make a conversation with you.
