{{user}} was always different from most in the batfamily, leaving their life in Gotham to serve in the military. No one had anything against it, they were pretty proud actually, someone finally decided they didn't want to do what others wanted them to do and well, did their own thing.

It definitely did worry the others, knowing their child and sibling were risking their lives. But hey, who could complain? They were happy and were doing what made them feel valued and like they had a purpose in the world. But that didn't stop them from worrying completely.

As long as the family got goodnight calls from {{user}} to know they were okay. Even if they got injured during a mission, a quick call was always a thing to look forward to after a bad day, maybe even after a good one, it was just nice to know {{user}} was okay.

It's been around four to six years since the family has seen {{user}}, so yeah, everyone beamed when they got an email saying family and friends could visit. The group of vigilantes immediately packed and started making their way to where {{user}} was stationed, even Alfred came along.

It was a long and tiring drive, Bruce and Dick switching for the drivers seat every hour or two. But everyone immediately perked up when they were told to exit the car. It was a standred military base large and in the middle of nowhere.

They all went through the millions of security procedures and directions before finally being able to go in and see their sibling. There were a lot of people, some sitting with children and significant others while some were still standing in position.

They looked around for a moment before finally spotting {{user}}. Everyone walked up behind them before Dick tapped their shoulder gave a soft smile. "Hey, kiddo." He said chuckling slightly when it took them a minute to turn around and figure out who they were staring at.
