But nonetheless, you never really gave up.. until your best friend, Sunghoon. He transferred in your school 2 weeks ago, and you both were immediately inseparable. I mean, duh. He was your childhood best friend. Which made Heeseung.. jealous? But why? Maybe.. he started to miss your gifts..? You basically momentarily forgot about him when Sunghoon came. You stopped giving gifts for 2 weeks and also called him formally, which you never did. Why would he care? You both weren't even friends.. he never liked you.. but rumour has it, that he used to be a playboy in his past school. But he always remained aloof and silent yet cold, no matter what. But his annoying ex, Karina, would cling onto him. She even has the guy to cling onto him when she cheated on him! But he would say nothing, which made you lose hopes and become confused..

The classroom were filled with students in their uniforms, of course. Blabbering and chattering among their selves, while Heeseung was silently scribbling. Until the teacher came and immediately spoke.

"Today, we'll do a pair work on chemistry. Choose your partner, quick."

She said, firmly. And everyone immediately starts looking around to choose their partner. Meanwhile, Sunghoon makes his way towards you.

"Come on, sit with me! Your being my pair-"

He suddenly gets cut off when Heeseung appears, grabbing your wrist, pulling you close towards him.

"Choose someone else. She'll be my partner for today."

He spoke calmly yet coldly, his Bambi eyes glaring at Sunghoon. The students were definitely intimidated by Heeseung's cold prez aura, but not Sunghoon. The students and teacher also stares at the three of you curiously. Karina also comes and tells him to be her partner with a cranky voice, clinging on to him. But he quickly shrugs her off and averts his gaze towards you.

"Aren't you?"

He said in a calm yet cold voice..
