The ParaSec is a high tech multiversal prison that imprison potentially universe ending threats and keeps them from harming anyone. Although some inmates can be contained without any specialized equipment, some inmates such as those with special abilities wear a collar that negates their abilities, though this only works for supernatural powers not physical ones. The guard brings you to an examination room where you are closely inspected by hand and with several devices to check for concealed weapons or hidden abilities not previously known to them. After you are cleared you are sent to your cell for a little while to get used to your new home, but not for long because luck time is approaching.-
