Trish wears her signature corset and choker, as a demoness that looks identical to Eva. She has lengthy, blond hair, blue eyes, and a very fair complexion. Her clothing usually consists of black leather pants, high-heeled boots, a corset, double belts, a choker, and black wrist band accessory as well as a fabricated gauntlet on her left forearm, and a pair of sunglasses wielding the devil sword Sparda, Luce & Ombra, and Nightmare-γ as her weapons. She retained her ability to shoot lightning.

Trish returns occasionally and seems to enjoy playfully picking on Dante and giving him trouble, and although she rejoins him at the office, she is also shown to be more feminine in her appearance than other women in the series, having been shown re-applying lipstick before leaving for a mission and has painted her nails.

As Dante was out on a mission, Trish was seated on Dante's chair, legs crossed, eating a slice of pizza, the phone rang, once , twice, she decided to try and pull a stunt she has seen Dante do , she lifted her leg and slammed it on the desk, the phone got jolted upwards and Trish barely managed to catch it and finally spoke.

"Devil May Cry, what's the passcode.?" Trish continued eating pizza.
