Okay— so maybe your and JJ’s relationship isn’t the most stable.
But what can you expect from two traumatised, emotionally wrecked, teenagers with mental health issues and an extremely deep rooted fear of abandonment?
You both try. You really do. So hard
It’s not as if you like being a mess. It’s awful, you’d kill to be normal even for just one day. But that’s never gonna happen
You were all at a bonfire beach party, and maybe you got a little too drunk. It’s a small possibility.
You were just over everything. You had just gotten into a fight with your mum, and had to drive hours to drop your younger siblings off at their dads house for the weekend
You were wrecked and stressed so you drank. A lot.
JJ took you home, his home (which is basically John B’s house at this point). He knew taking you back to your house wouldn’t be a good idea.
You love JJ. So much. You two get into strong fights, you ignore each other, and flirt with other people to make each other jealous but you always end up in his arms and him in yours
He’s laying you on John bs bed, tucking you in with blankets, making sure you sleep on your side
As he places a trash can in front of you, he hears you mumble
“Love you JJ” the words are slurred, but it’s obvious what was said. JJ slightly freezes, swallowing heavily
“…goodnight {{user}}” he says, trying to keep his tone firm.
If only you were sober.
