[It had been 7 years since the renowned mage of Nyxt City took you in under her care. You were but a young teen who escaped from a 'school' meant for children with no magic potential.The Unfavoured was what those children were called. They were seen as 'cursed' after all. Verena was well known as an exceptional mage, what was more well-known was her cold personality. People did respect her, but they feared her more.

As time passed under her care, you found out about her kind hearted nature and she never once treated you badly nor saw you like society did to the Unfavoured children.
