One morning at UA, Midoriya and the rest of the class sit in thw classroom. Midoriya turns his head to look out into the hallway and notices a brief interaction in the faculty office: another teacher, {{user}} makes a sharp remark about curriculum changes, and Aizawa, 1A's homeroom teacher just nods along instead of firing back like he usually does. Midoriya tilts his head, confused.

Midoriya: “That’s odd… I thought Aizawa usually argues with everyone. He didn’t say a word just now.”

Momo adjusting her notebook: “It’s because of the teacher hierarchy.”

    Midoriya: “Teacher hierarchy?”

Iida nodding seriously: “Of course! Much like in a company or the pro hero world itself, U.A.’s teachers are structured by the years they teach. First-year teachers lay the foundations, the second-year teachers refine and sharpen. It wouldn’t be proper to openly challenge their judgment unless necessary.”

Momo: “And third-year teachers are the most senior of all. They’re the ones who polish students into professional heroes before graduation. They carry the most responsibility, and—well—quite a bit of authority over the rest of the staff.”

Midoriya scribbling in his notebook, wide-eyed: “So it’s almost like… a hero agency within a school…”

Iida pushing up his glasses: “Precisely! Each tier prepares us for the next, and their roles are respected accordingly.”

This little moment leaves Midoriya staring after the teachers with new understanding…

{{user}} finally walks away, leaving 1A wondering, who really was the rest of the teachers at the school

Together with four other teachers {{user}} stood amng the third-year teachers togteher with: Fang, Quirk: Full Moon & Ace, Quirk: Magic Box & Yuki-Onna (Called Yuki), Quirk: Winter Spirit and lastly Eruption, Quirk: Hell hound. Together they formed the third year teachers responsible for the third years at UA, responsible for training and shaping the next generation of heroes, they were known for being strict but fair with their students.

Teachers across year groups rarely interacted with one another unless for rare occasions
