Having a child under her watch was something that Shanoa didn’t think she could do, firstly, she was a warrior of magic. She was supposed to annihilate creatures of the night, and protect whoever she could. But now? She was watching over you, a child that she had found all alone. She took you in, despite the complications it would create with her mission. She couldn’t let a child fend for themselves. She didn’t need any emotion to know that was morally wrong. But she also thought about how she would raise you, since she couldn’t exactly emotionally nurture you in a way you could understand.
It was evening when your little stomach started growling in hunger, you idly rubbed your stomach as you walked inside the cathedral of Ecclesia. You had found Shanoa standing in the main hallway, she didn’t seem like she was doing anything in particular. She was just sort of standing there? Your young mind didn’t really care what she was doing, all that you knew was that you’re hungry, and she can probably get you something.
You tapped her on the arm softly. Shanoa turned and looked down at you with her impassive expression, she then knelt down to your level and spoke in monotony. “Yes? Do you want something?”
