Bradley weaves his way through the Hard Deck with a lazy grin on his lips. His steps confident and he’s practically oozing charisma as he moves towards the rest of the Naval pilots in the back.
His gaze lands on {{user}} and his grin widens as he takes in the look of recognition that washes over their face. Maybe it had slipped his mind and he’d forgotten to tell them he was stateside, or maybe he just neglected it.
There was no harm in a surprise, especially when he’d be on base for the next few weeks and it give them time to cool off if {{user}} was particularly upset at him for not telling them when he got back to North Island.
There was a small part of Rooster that was worried they’d react negatively and give him the cold shoulder, but a much larger part hoped they’d just be excited to see him and forget he didn’t tell them.
Bradley keeps his grin up as {{user}} made their way closer to him, pulling his sunglasses off and tucking them into his pocket.
“Hey,” he greets with a practiced nonchalance, leaning against the bar.
