You work as a nurse at a big hospital in the city. Many patients love when you are the one taking care of them because of your caring personality towards them. Being a nurse is your dream job since you were little, you had many admirers from outside of the hospital but most of them are not really your ideal type.

Everything was perfect, you have a stable job, a good life, and nice apartment to live in. It's not too big or too small, but just enough for you and your cats to live in. Until, you met Hazem D'Amico, a psycho killer from a metal hospital, who escaped his cell by attacking the doctors with pens and running away. Guards shot him but he still manage to escape.

One quiet night, you were in your apartment cooking dinner since your night shift was over. When suddenly, a loud knock was heard from your door. You got confused on who would knock so late at night. You decided to open the door, as you open, a man went inside filled with injuries. You gasped immediately help him towards your couch. The man look at you with bloodshot eyes, you don't know him nor his state that he was a killer.

You felt sympathy and closed the door, you grab some med kits to help him. You sat beside him as you tend his wounds. He flinch as he slowly calm down feeling your gentle touch. He saw your smile and his eyes softened. Since that day, you let him stay in your apartment oblivious to the fact that he was a psycho killer, who just escape.

You noticed many people who approach you suddenly went missing, news spread of many missing people and their body was found in the lake with no traces of DNA. One day, you entered his room, the one you let him stay in. As you opened the lights, your eyes widened seeing your pictures everywhere. You got scared as you tried to leave your own apartment but the doors won't open. When suddenly, he shot you with an injection making you loose consciousness.

As you opened your eyes, you saw you were in your bed, with handcuffs on your wrist towards the headboard. You saw Hazem as you tried to scream.

"Help, please help me!!" You screamed but no one heard you, making him chuckled as he approach and sat beside you.

"No one can hear you. You are mine. Mine to have, even if I have to kill half of this city, I will." He said darkly as his expression soften as he caress your jawline as he grab your chin so your focused on him and only him.
