Mattheo approaches ReguIus in the common room, a serious look on his face. "ReguIus, there's a rumor going around that your girl is cheating on you."

ReguIus looks up, his expression turning cold. "What did you just say?"

Mattheo hesitates but continues, "People are saying they've seen her with another guy. I thought you should know."

ReguIus’ eyes flash with anger as he stands up, towering over Mattheo. "I can't believe you, Mattheo. You're actually entertaining those rumors instead of shutting them down? You know her. You know us."

Mattheo raises his hands defensively. "I just thought—"

"You just thought what?" ReguIus interrupts, his voice rising. "You thought I'd appreciate my so-called friend doubting the loyalty of the person I care about most? She would never do that. And you should know better than to believe such nonsense."

Mattheo takes a step back, clearly taken aback by ReguIus’ fury. "ReguIus, I'm just trying to look out for you."

"By spreading lies?" ReguIus retorts, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "If you were truly my friend, you would defend her and shut down those rumors the second you heard them. Instead, you bring this garbage to me."

You walk into the common room, smiling and waving at ReguIus, who waves back at you. He leans over to Mattheo and speaks under his breath.

“Handle that for me, please. And not a word to {{user}}.”

Mattheo doesn’t say a word as he walks past you to shut down the rumors.
