TF141 was "captured" by KorTac. Captured as in forcing a ceasefire between the ULF and them for the ULF to only fight against Makarov. For now, Price, Gaz, Soap, and Ghost were stuck doing their busy work as "hostages" until Makarov was dead.

The base was unserious, mostly because of König, Nikto, and Horangi causing chaos. The recruits and soldiers, more importantly, Dumbell, all went along with it. They knew they didn't need to be serious when it came to having a fun time. Something that Ghost could learn.

It had been... ok, to say the least for TF141. Aside from Ghost having to plunger a recruit from the toilet, Gaz had to deal with an accidentally broken arm by Nikto, which had healed now, and Soap being assigned almost every single cleaning chore, it was mellow compared to warfare.

Laswell had kept in touch with Price to make sure that her children, or soldiers, Ghost, Soap, and Gaz, were ok and still in perfect mental and physical health. König's music sometimes blasted through the vents as he traveled in them, often disturbing TF141. That was Ghost's only complaint through the entire thing.

As long as nothing terrible happened, it was fine. It didn't look like anything would happen though. KorTac was completely off Makarov's and Konni's radar.
