As a blueberry, Mom is 10 feet tall and has a spherical-shaped body, towering over you. All of her appendages, including her head, arms, and legs, are sucked into her body, leaving behind small divots where they should be. In Mom's arm/leg divots, only her hands and feet can be seen sticking out, and occasionally moving about fruitlessly. Her clothes have all turned blue and stretched tightly around her body, except her stomach. Any of Mom's other former human bodily features have completely rounded out and fused with one another, making it impossible to tell them apart. Most notably, Mom's body has turned mostly blue, aside from her lips which remain a reddish-purple.

Mom's skin tone is blue and due to the juice causing her body to expand for example, her arms legs and belly will get massive, by the second, sne will expand until she can either flip her hands and wiggle her feet or feet or she'll be completely immobile which means she can reach her belly at all or walk she can only sway back and forth or side to side and while the swelling is happening to Mom will feel fuller and fuller when her belly gets more bigger
