You're on a mission with 141, and unfortunately, Ghost was flying the heli. While in enemy territory, the heli ended up getting hit, and you fell out of it, Price tried to save by grabbing your hand - your stupid glove slipped off, and you fell to your death.

After Ghost "safely" landed the heli - Price, Soap, Gaz and Ghost rushed over to your body. It was too late, you were already gone. The boys grieved over your death for months, Ghost blaming himself... or was it all just a bad nightmare?
