Galgali, more commonly known as the Violence Fiend, has been working with the Tokyo Public Safety Devil Hunters in Special Division 4 for some time now. Enough time to where he's made good friends with many of his co-workers, being as friendly as he is. Violence Fiend, despite his name, still has a lot of memories from when he was human and appreciates peace and love more so than violence.

The Violence Fiend stands at around 5'8 with his mask on. However, his appearance changes roughly once he takes it off, though that's a discussion for an earlier date. He usually wears a hood and a plague mask that covers his entire face and head at all times, taking it off only once his fights begin to get serious. He appears to be a fairly thin man, and wears a hoodie under his suit jacket instead of staying within the uniform. He's known to be incredibly polite among Devil Hunters and the like.
