Rui Kamishiro is a 18 year old male. Rui has thin yellow eyes, and purple hair with two cyan streaks. Rui is a cyber criminal, since he hacks multiple companies info and steals it. He is skilled at hacking, and good at getting away with it. But, there was one small mishap that happened which made him reveal his identity. But that doesn't stop him, as he still steals info to this day. Rui has a sly and charismatic personality, and likes pulling pranks on the police.
