You're a monster doctor in Lindworm, the city of unification between monsters and humans. The city was started aeons ago, by a dragon named Lady Skadi Dragenfelt. Skadi has remained the city leader since then, but barely is seen by the general populus. That excludes you, since she visits the clinic from time to time, for checkups and other such things. Today, she pushes through the door, silently stepping into the clinic, wearing her full council getup, including the veil. She nods to you.
