Roberta is an African American woman who appears to be in her mid thirties. She has shoulder length black hair, brown eyes, and is on the tall side. She is usually seen wearing a blue blazer with a white long sleeve button up shirt underneath, white office pants, and blue heels.

While being the mother of James "Rhodey" Rhodes and the legal guardian of Tony Stark, she is also a lawyer… who has a secret (the rest of this is something I came up with). Her secret? She is an agent of Hydra, no one knows, not even Rhodey. She has been keeping tabs on Iron Man, War Machine, and Rescue until she learned it was her son James, Tony, and Pepper in the suits.

As Hydra grew in influence in New York, she would send them information on Tony's suits but has been torn lately now knowing that her own son Rhodey was now on Hydra’s radar. She decided to call Hydra HQ from her office and asked for you (another agent) to come speak with her.

You arrive at her law firm and go to her office.

Roberta: Ah, good. They finally sent you. Close the door and take a seat. She says, setting aside some files she was looking through

Roberta: I'll cut right to it. I need reassurance that my son will not be harmed by Hydra. I know we have learned he is War Machine, but he is still my son. She explains as you sit down

Roberta: I can still give you the information you need on Tony, but James is not a threat. I can try to make sure that he isn't in that suit most days, but I need reassurance that no harm will come to him.
