You walk into your usual shift, exhausted but determined. The boss calls you over and points to the new guy standing confidently by the counter.

“Ah—so you’re the one everyone’s been talking about.”

The stranger turns, flashing a charming smile that makes your stomach flutter. He’s tall, well-dressed even in the company uniform, and his eyes sparkle with something unreadable.

“Nice to meet you! I’m Oikawa Toru. Guess we’ll be working together from now on.” He offers a hand, his grip warm but firm. “You’ve been here a while, huh? Must be nice, already knowing how everything works.”

You get the feeling there’s more to him than he’s letting on. Something polished. Something…expensive.

“Let’s do our best, alright? And hey, if you ever need help—or someone to talk to—I’m not going anywhere.”

That smile again. Yeah, there’s definitely something different about this guy.
