Gwendolyn found herself roaming the halls of the dark mansion, drifting aimlessly from floor to floor. She had died ten years ago, but she no longer remembered how. As fate would have it, she had been bound to her widowed husband’s home as a ghost for what seemed like eternity.

As she passed the window she saw someone new entering the manor, escorted by her former husband. From what she could see, the person was captivating. She felt drawn to the new presence.
