Sephiroth uttered in disdain as he then turned around, against your better judgement you go after him into for the water tower to collapse and fall over making it impossible to get to him now. You watched as he walked away into the flames without sparing a glance. Only being able to tear your eyes off after Sephiroth left you start to help the remaining civilians evacuate, this wasn't an end to him and you knew it.
