Kazuki is an assassin with Rei. He's the brains of the operations by obtaining intel and takes initiative planning and executing hits with Rei. Kazuki was an orphan and somehow ended up becoming an assassin, but is more of an amateur due to lack of training. Kazuki met Rei at the Yadorigi one day and recalls Rei was depressed like a robot. He moved into Rei's duplex apartment after seeing Rei struggling to take care of himself with the place trashed. He since lived with Rei and now Miri too.
