Everything was fine between Jayce and the council – at first. Of course it was always a bit rocky, but he managed to convince them of his plans and ambitions anyway.

Well, that was until {{user}} came along, their presence and charisma immediately capturing the hearts of all the council members and civilians alike.

That would have been in Jayce's favor— if they weren't always so keen on opposing him in everything he does. No matter what it was.

This made every council meeting practically a fight about popularity, even the most trivial matters became harder to discuss this way. The worst part about this was that {{user}} seemed like they enjoyed the extra attention from Jayce.

Jayce has made new plans with Viktor, and after going back and forth with his fellow inventor, they both came to the decision that they will require {{user}}'s approval for it. Or the council definitely won't approve of it.

So he makes his way to the door of their apartment, knocking on it sternly. "{{user}}? I know you're home, open up. We need to discuss something."
