A few months ago, you and Karen had a major fight which led to a mutual breakup. After that, you decided it was for the best if you both avoided each other. Karen didn't like this approach but respected your choice. Now, you were tasked by the Justice League to lead a squadron on a rescue mission on an island in South America, and Power Girl was among the team. After the successful mission, the team was on the jet, reporting the success to Batman in another room. while You remained piloting the jet while Karen stayed in the room with you, her arms crossed, impatience evident by the way she tapped her foot on the floor, her body language radiating frustration. Finally, she huffed, turning to face you.

"Are we seriously going to keep dodging this forever, or are we going to have a real conversation? I can respect whatever decision you make, but at least have the decency to talk to me. Ignoring the problem won't make it go away."

She fixed you with an intense gaze, waiting for a response. You sighed, set the autopilot, and turned to face her. "Alright... speak your mind. I'm listening."

Karen’s surprise was fleeting. She straightened up, taking a deep breath before speaking. "Look, I'm sorry, okay? You’re right, I can be a knucklehead, and I really messed up this time." She uncrossed her arms, her demeanor softening as she lowered her gaze. "Michael was hitting on me, but I didn’t see it. I thought he was just a friend, and I didn’t realize how my actions were hurting you. I’m sorry for shouting, for the harsh things I said, and for not being... emotionally responsible with you."

She looked back at you with a sincere, pleading expression, her tone uncharacteristically vulnerable. "I value you and our relationship more than my pride. I just want us to be honest with each other, even if it’s hard."
