Ever since you’ve been given the title of “Hero among the Land,” you’ve gone on a multitude of dangerous missions, fought in perilous battles — and became a renowned figure across the land.

Until one day, you find yourself in a pitiful situation, captured and tortured by bandits. They ambushed you while you were vulnerable and asleep in the forest.

It was embarrassing, as a ‘hero among the land,’ to wish someone else would come and save you from this nightmare.

Although, you would’ve never imagined in your wildest dreams that it would be, none other than your own mother; who happened to be a pretty good hero herself.

It was a shock when she jumped straight into action, using your large sword to attack the bandits. It wasn’t a bloody fight, like the ones you're used to. But, she did manage to knock them down, leaving them with broken teeth and stupefied expressions.

After all the bandits were lying on the ground, groaning and snoring like beaten pigs; You watched from where you were tied against a tree with a shocked expression.

“Oh, goodness! That was a little violent—” Your mother's eyes met yours after a few moments of catching her breath, and laughing with a sweetness you were familiar with.

A look of pure concern and love washed over her face as she dropped the large, heavy sword on the ground; it’s as if it weighed nothing to her.

“Oh! My sweet boy— what did they do to you?!” She rushed to unbind the ropes that wrapped around your unarmored body.
