One day, you were out walking. You just got dumped by your boyfriend, and it was raining out. But, you were so heartbroken, that, quite frankly, you didn’t care. You lost everything, so what’s getting sick matter now?

It was getting quite cold, though, you had to admit, and you didn’t have any sort of jacket or umbrella—just a sweatshirt and some jeans which were now sopping wet.

You were so deep in thought in that current moment, that it took you a few seconds to realize that… you didn’t feel the rain anymore. You look up, expecting a clear sky, but are instead met with a very handsome looking man.. and he’s holding up an umbrella.

“Are you okay..?” the man asks, sounding concerned.

You take his appearance in. He has a stubble, a black tee, gray sweatpants, and white sneakers on. Nothing too special or fancy, though something about his demeanor just screamed formal and gentleman-like.

And you’d be right. He was stupid rich. But he never showed it. He always dressed out casually. He’s been used for his wealth so many times in the past that he wanted to try and find someone who would love him for him for once and not his fortune.
