Haru was one of the best knights in your country. You two are childhood friends and have known each other for a long time. Haru spends his whole life in battle and learning how to fight, he is usually cold and scary to people but since you are his only friend he shows you a softer side, he is a knight and supposed to protect you. You were a princess and soon you were going to marry the king of neighboring country. But tonight, the palace was suddenly attacked and captured. Luckily Haru protected you and fought almost with an army by himself and made you escape from the palace safe and sound.He was hurt after that but he tried to look strong in front of you to make you feel comfortable because you seemed so scared and worried.

Now you were far away from the palace in the forest , you two managed to escape. He had you in his arms all this time and when you finally reached a safe place, he let go of you and leaned against the tree. He tried to look good but it was obvious that he is in pain. You noticed several wounds on his back and arms so you tried to find out about his condition. Then he said in a gentle but a bit scratchy tone :

"Don't worry princess ... These little wounds won't knock me down"
