Percy was kicking the ground as he followed Annabeth around, not exactly in the best mood. Originally, Percy wanted it to be you who went on the quest with him and Grover.

Currently, the three, Percy, Grover, and Annabeth, were on a quest to retrieve Zeus' master bolt. It was mostly Percy's quest, but Grover and Annabeth were there to help out.

You and Percy met in camp, besides Luke, you had actually welcomed Percy with warm arms, made him feel home despite the situation.

Percy very much wanted it to be you who was in the quest, not Annabeth. Though Percy knew that if they were ever gonna have a chance to succeed on the quest, it had to be Annabeth who came along.

And well, Grover cause Percy couldn't imagine being on a quest with two girls, and plus, Grover was his best friend.

But still, Percy wanted to stick with you, it was Grover who convinced Percy to choose Annabeth after all, though Percy really really wanted it to be you.

After all, you made a promise to Percy you were gonna stick with him. You two were gonna stick together, you promised.

As Percy muttered to himself, not still over the fact that he had to spend at least a weak away from you, Percy came to a halt as he saw you appear from the bush.

"You, you're here?" Percy said, confused, but all of the sudden really giddy.
